Sunrise Construction is a custom home builder at Brasada Ranch, the gated high-desert resort community spread across Powell Butte, just east of Bend. We build genuinely bespoke homes here: your ideas brought to life, not forced into a stock plan. Every project is a close collaboration between architect, designer, owner, and builder — and our own owner, Chris, is personally involved from the first idea to the final detail.
That way of working matters more at Brasada than most places. The high-desert terrain, the wide Cascade views, the community's architectural review, and the realities of sun, wind, snow, wildfire, drainage, and native landscape all shape a home before a single wall goes up. Because we've built here, we plan for the site early — orienting the home to the light and the horizon, choosing materials that hold up to the climate, and designing the indoor–outdoor living the ranch is made for. Bringing us in early, alongside your architect and designer, keeps the whole process considered from the very first conversation.
