Perched within Ranch at the Canyons, the gated estate community above the Crooked River near Smith Rock, this home was Sunrise Construction's entry in the 2018 COBA Tour of Homes. Old-world stone and timber, arched openings, and a warm courtyard sensibility ground the home in its dramatic high-desert setting, while wide glass and outdoor living open it to the canyon and the wide Central Oregon sky.
It set a standard we've carried forward every year since: honest craft, hand-detailed finishes, and a home built to belong to its place.
Named Best of Show at the 2018 Central Oregon Builders Association Tour of Homes, along with additional category honors — the first of six Best of Show years for Sunrise Construction.
